King of Diamonds

Rob has established himself as the world's most popular and requested Neil Diamond tribute artist, earning the title "King of Diamonds". He continues to set the standard in the industry by performing his tribute to the iconic singer/songwriter around the country in venues usually reserved for national/name acts.

In 1995, Rob was personally hired by John Stuart and Paul Revere (of The Raiders) to portray Neil Diamond in the 'Legends In Concert' show in Honolulu, Hawaii--that city's biggest theatrical show and most popular 'impersonation' type show in the world. The two-month "trial" for Rob ended up being a 3 year engagement.

Since returning to Las Vegas in 1998, Rob has kept up a steady schedule of touring throughout the world, performing in more towns & cities than any other tribute artist in the industry.

From Las Vegas and Honolulu to New York and Berlin (Germany), Rob has developed a large following and is known worldwide as the King of Diamonds. He is North America's most popular and sought after Neil Diamond tribute act. Rob manages to naturally capture the presence, passion and energy of the legendary performer in all his Jazz Singer glory. Those who have witnessed his performances testify that a performer simply can't get any closer to the performance of Neil Diamond.

He has opened for Frankie Valli at the Riviera Hotel/Casino (Las Vegas) and has performed in Legendary Superstars at Santa Ana Star Casino (Albuquerque) and in Superstars on Stage at various locations.

On May 28th 2008, Rob was honored by the Entertainment Network with the Male Musical Tribute Artist Award at the annual Celebrity Impersonator Convention in Las Vegas, marking the first (and only) time that a Neil Diamond tribute act won such an honor. The following month, he performed to an audience of 15,000 at Utah Valley University and 5000 at the Mizner Park Amphitheater in Boca Raton, Fl.

In reviewing Rob's sold out concert at the Cannery Casino on Jan. 22, 2011, longtime Las Vegas columnist/critic, Norm Johnson, wrote: "Of all the tribute acts running around Las Vegas (and elsewhere), there is none better than Garrett".

"I tend to be more critical towards other entertainers, but Rob's portrayal of Neil Diamond is the finest I've seen". --Paul Revere (of the Raiders),Director of Legends in Concert-Hawai
