Aaron Owens, Rising New Country Music Artist
Performing through the U.S., Aaron Owens has accumulated opening credits with many major artists such as Blake Shelton, Billy Currington, John Michael Montgomery, Aaron Tippin, Jeff Bates, Johnny Hiland, and T. Graham Brown. Achieving international acclaim, his music has made the music charts with frequent radio play in Spain, Holland and Australia.
Selected as "Arkansas Country Artist of The Year" in 2011, the future is bright for one of country music's hottest, rising stars. Performing with his own 4 piece band, his Country/Modern Outlaw/New Country sound has been compared to Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard and Waylon Jennings.
In the summer of 2011, Aaron also debuted his CD, Troublemaker, which was recorded at EMI Nashville and produced by Nashville's Hit Songwriter, Robert Arthur. "Troublemaker" has contributions from some of Nashville's premiere musicians, including producer Robert Arthur (acoustic guitar), Wes Pryor (percussion) and Mark Johnson (bass) who tour with Black River Music Group artist Jeff Bates. Mike Severs (lead guitar) performs on Music Row along with Justin Williamson (Fiddle) and Randle Currie (Pedal Steel Guitar) who both currently perform with country superstar Brad Paisley of Arista Records.
